Hudson Pacific Properties is the manager and partner, with Blackstone,  of the Sunset Bronson Studios.  This campus is the home of production facilities for Netflix, KTLA and other production companies.   The focus for this project was to design a creative space that would also serve as a functional operations office for the HPP Building Management Office to oversee the ongoing needs for the entire Studio property.   The CDG performed full-scope design and architectural services, including the custom design and fabrication of decorative laser-cut plywood panel features within the space. All furniture was selected and specified to integrate with the natural wood structure of the base building and to support wellness through use of height-adjustable work spaces and ergonomic seating.  The space was transformed into a bright and inviting office that serves as the operations hub for this Studio property.

Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy LLP is a multi-national immigration law firm with locations around the world. CDG performed full-scope design and architectural services for their new office in downtown Salt Lake City from the concept & schematic design phase including photorealistic renderings, to permitting, construction administration and closeout. All furniture was coordinated & specified from the beginning of the project to integrate with the overall design, which also involved custom millwork & finishes, lighting & ceiling features.
